Hey Apple, here's some feedback...
I'd like it if iCal could allow me to subscribe to TV schedules so I know when my favorite shows are on. Then mark some or all of those events for recording. Then send programming instructions to my DVR drive (the next cool digital hub device from Apple?) to record and store those TV programs. I'd like this inter-device communication to happen wirelessly, using the AirPort Base Station sitting on my desk upstairs. When programs are recorded, I'd like the DVR to update a listing on my Blue-tooth iPod whenever it comes within range. And when I'm ready to watch these favorite recorded TV programs, I select one from the iPod list and the Blue-tooth adapter functions as a DVR remote controller. When I spot great scenes I want to keep, I'll mark in and out spots with the iPod, and copy those scenes to archive storage on the DVR. (I can edit them into fun iMovies later.) And finally I want to be able to mark and copy still-frames to use for iPhoto screen-saver slideshows on my wall-sized flat-screen TV. What do you think? Can you do this for me sometime soon?
