Microsoft Make-Up: Microsoft backs off a flubbed counter to Apple Computer's highly acclaimed "Switch" ad campaign featuring real Windows users who have switched to Macintosh computers. The only "real customer" Microsoft could find who switched in the other direction was a freelance writer at a PR firm hired by Microsoft.
