Massachusetts vs. Microsoft: The last stand of two hold-out states against the Microsoft monopoly.
Massachusetts Attorney General Tom Reilly says "Microsoft is powerful and has unlimited resources and from the beginning has been able to wear down and crush anyone who gets in their way. Microsoft's goal was to split the states and wear them down one by one, and they've accomplished that goal. But it's important that someone stays the course, and Massachusetts will, and bring this to a conclusion." [Boston Globe]
