Judge OKs suit over 'Vista Capable': A consumer class-action suit claims labeling computers as "Vista Capable" in late 2006 was misleading because many of the machines could run only the most basic version of Vista. People bought the machines hoping to enjoy the glassy transparencies of Vista's "Aero" graphical user interface. Many were only capable of running the stripped down "Home Basic" version of Vista.
