Apache v2.0 Released: A production version of the world's most popular Web Server application has been approved for release and general use by the open source development group Apache Software Foundation. The latest version -- 2.0.35 -- was originally slated for release in late 2000, but was delayed. The new server software includes support for secure encrypted communications.
